1. Thorough knowledge in HVAC commercial Projects consisting Schedule, Execution, Cost controlling and Technical Submittal & Shop Drawings submission process.
2. Responsible for billing, revenue forecasting, A/R collection support, and re-estimating costs of installation etc. for the assigned project/site
3. High level commitment at jobsite to achieve the contract completion on time with quality workmanship without compromising Quality & Safety.
4. Maintaining the good relationships with sub-contractors, customer, identifying issues that may arise, take corrective action along on timely basis.
5. Knowledge of T&C and Handing over documents completion procedure.
§ Should be a Mechanical Engineer/Diploma Holder
§ 3-5 years’ experience in commercial HVAC projects
§ Reasonable communication skills, both oral and written
§ Strong problem solving, planning and project management skills.
§ Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Project
