Project Engineer

You should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in project planning and execution, including developing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Your responsibilities will involve site supervision, overseeing daily activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, and managing contractors. Quality control is crucial to ensure that materials and workmanship meet quality standards and that projects comply with safety and building codes. Coordination with the design team, clients, and subcontractors is essential for seamless integration of design and execution. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you identify and resolve issues that arise during the construction process. Reporting and documentation tasks include preparing and maintaining project documentation, progress reports, and cost analysis. Effective client communication is vital to update on project progress and address concerns. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field. - Experience: Proven experience in managing interior construction projects, preferably focusing on interior fit-out or residential/commercial projects.
