Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Engineer located in Navi Mumbai. The Project Engineer is responsible for end-to-end execution of the projects in pharmaceutical facilities, including project planning, and communication, design coordination, procurement, installation, testing, and documentation. The role ensures timely project delivery in compliance with pharmaceutical standards such as cGMP, FDA, and WHO. The engineer will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients, while regularly reporting project status to Reporting Manager. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute the projects including POU Cooler, Toc analyser, instruments and, another system • Coordinate with design, procurement, production, and quality teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of project deliverables. • Supervise installation and commissioning activities at client sites. • Review and interpret P&IDs, layout drawings, and equipment specifications. • Prepare and execute project documentation including URS, DQ, FAT, IQ and OQ. • Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with regulatory and quality standards. • Maintain project records and generate progress reports with supporting documentation. • Coordinate with Manager for schedule planning, manpower deployment, client meetings, and issue resolution. • Ensure client satisfaction through timely communication and problem-solving. • Support handover activities including training, documentation, and final acceptance testing. Qualifications and Skills BE/Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical / Water Treatment / Water Quality Willingness to Travel & Adaptability Excellent Communication skills Ability to Interact and Build Rapport with Clients Strong Project Planning abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and Site support
