About the Position:

Coretelligent Project Engineers are consistently engaged with our dynamic client base. Engineers ensure success by blending strong technical troubleshooting skills and strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Engineers will work remotely and frequently be on zoom calls with video. Engineers must be prepared and able to successfully work on multiple projects at any given time. Projects vary in size and scope. 8-10 years of experience in infrastructure operations/system administration.

Areas of achievement include, but are not limited to:

1. Projects you will lead/execute include but are not limited to:
2. Deploy email filtering and security such as Mimecast.
3. Deploy web content filtering and security such as Cisco Umbrella (OpenDNS).
4. Deploy endpoint security solutions such as SentinelOne, Webroot.
5. Responsible for creating detailed documentation.
6. Familiar with MSP Tools (ConnectWise, Kaseya, LogicMonitor, IT Glue).

Role & responsibilities

1. Strong experience with Microsoft exchange and exchange online.
2. Should have strong experience with AD, Mail, Entra ID, Azure and server migrations.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

About the Technology

You should be able to configure, maintain and troubleshoot on the following technologies:

1. Experience with Microsoft exchange, exchange online and mail migration
2. Server Administration for Microsoft Windows Server 2012R2+ (Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, DNS, DHCP, RDS, etc.).
3. Microsoft Windows (10, 11).
4. Mobile devices (Android, Apple).
5. VPN clients(Cisco, Forticlients)
6. Hypervisor Deployments(Vmware & Hyper-V)
7. Backups Like Veeam, Synology etc
8. Identity management for Windows and Apple (Intune and JAMF)
9. Azure Active Directory & Intune
