Work Profile / Key Deliverables

Role: Project Management End-to-End Handling of Aerospace and Missile Projects

1.

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from receipt of purchase order to final hardware dispatch.
• Serve as the central communication point for internal teams and external customers.

2.

• Develop project execution strategies with detailed timelines, deliverables, risk and cost assessments.
• Track and adjust project plans to meet delivery targets and commitments.

3.

• Work closely with Design, Production, Sub-contracting, Quality, Planning, and Marketing teams.
• Ensure material availability, documentation approvals, and timely decision-making.

4.

• Regularly communicate with customers regarding order status, payment schedules, dispatch updates, and documentation.
• Manage customer issues such as delivery delays, BG extension, and approval follow-ups.

5.

• Monitor and contribute to monthly and yearly sales targets in line with ABP.
• Participate in cost-saving initiatives (e.g., BG/LD reductions) and inventory optimization.
• Prepare and present project reviews to internal leadership and customers.

• Monitor budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with quality and contractual requirements.

Budget Management

• Utilize SAP for project and sales order management.
• Create WBS, allocate budgets, track inventory, and manage techno-commercial orders.

9.

• Ensure all project activities are compliant with ISO 9001 / AS9100 standards.
• Maintain and control project-related documentation in line with ISO procedures.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring traceability and document readiness.
• Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as required.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in project management (preferably in aerospace/defense sectors)
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality systems and documentation
• Proficient in SAP (PS and SD modules)
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Analytical and detail-oriented with a process-driven approach

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in ISO standards or QMS (Quality Management Systems)
• PMP or equivalent project management certification (optional but advantageous)
• Experience in handling customer audits and compliance requirements
