Project Designer

With expertise across various minerals, our focus is on designing cutting-edge processes and equipment. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Designer to join our team on-site in Uttarakhand District, playing a key technical role.

Role Overview

The Project Designer will be responsible for the design, management, and supervision of complex projects in the mining sector. This role requires strong technical expertise and project management capabilities to ensure innovative and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed 3D projects using tools such as Plant3D, SmartPlant, Inventor, or SolidWorks.
• Create technical 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
• Design layouts for mining plants, including crushing, comminution, classification, and filtration equipment.
• Prepare detailed civil foundation and steel structure projects.
• Manage and produce Bills of Materials (BOMs), single-line diagrams, and ensure document control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate project documentation, ensuring compliance with review/approval cycles and document control standards.
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all designs and deliverables.

Requirements and Skills

• Proficiency in Plant3D, SmartPlant, Inventor, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of mining processes and equipment for various minerals.
• Experience in designing plant layouts, civil foundations, and steel structures.
• Familiarity with document control systems and review/approval cycles.
• Ability to prepare BOMs, single-line diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Previous experience in the mining sector or heavy industries.
• Proactive, motivated, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Location

• On-site in Roorkee / Haridwar (Uttarakhand)
• Availability for travel as required by project needs.
