Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator at our Noida Sec 90 location, you will be responsible for supporting project planning, execution, and delivery. Your role will involve coordinating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and junior staff to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in planning and coordinating projects from initiation to completion. - Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet project goals. - Manage day-to-day project activities, schedules, and deliverables. - Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed. - Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the project team for smooth workflow. - Handle follow-ups, task tracking, and issue resolution. - Support senior management in strategy implementation and reporting. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Preferred: B.Tech/BBA/MBA). - Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination or operations. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
