Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our software development team. In this role, you will support the project management team in delivering high-quality software solutions by ensuring effective coordination, tracking, and communication across departments. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between developers, QA, designers, and clients to ensure project milestones are met
• Track daily progress of multiple software development projects
• Prepare project documentation, meeting notes, and progress reports
• Identify and flag project risks or blockers and escalate where needed
• Maintain project timelines and task schedules using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
• Schedule sprint meetings, demos, and client calls
• Support the Project Manager in tracking deliverables, timelines, and client communication
• Ensure proper documentation of all change requests and client feedback

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination role within a tech or software company
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Excel, and Google Workspace
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Technical background or understanding of software development practices
• Certification in Agile/Scrum, PMP, or related project management frameworks
• Experience working with remote or cross-functional teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
