Role Description

Project Coordinator - Strategy & Operations


You’ll dig deep into research and insights, contribute to pitches and proposals and ensure the smooth flow of information across all stakeholders. Think of this role as a launchpad: you’ll get broad exposure to business strategy, operations and leadership support and over time, you could grow into a more specialised career path.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Project Liaison:

    Support leadership in client-facing special projects, ensuring smooth communication and clarity between clients and internal teams.
  • Research & Insights:

    Conduct deep dives into industry trends, competitors and emerging opportunities; present findings in clear, actionable formats.
  • Pitches & Proposals:

    Assist in preparing decks, strategy notes, and proposals for new business and client growth initiatives.
  • Information Flow:

    Act as a facilitator between teams, ensuring priorities and next steps are clear and progress is tracked.
  • Leadership Support:

    Support leadership in advancing business priorities by contributing to research, proposals and occasional sales discussions. Marketing initiatives for Atomyc's digital & in-house marketing presence


Percentage Split:

  • Project Liaison (Client + In-house) – 30%
  • Research & Insights – 20%
  • Pitches & Proposals – 20%
  • Leadership Support & Business Growth – 30%


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

    (Business, Marketing, Communications preferred, but not mandatory)

    .
  • 2-4 years of experience

    in research, consulting, client servicing, or business support.
  • Worked in an advertising or marketing agency.

    (mandate)
