Project Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Project Manager to oversee project execution, customer onboarding, and issue resolution across multiple client sites. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end project coordination while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination

• Coordinate new projects from the installation phase to successful completion.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations are met.

• Track project progress and escalate issues proactively.

2. Customer Support & Issue Resolution

• Address and resolve issues in existing sites or ongoing projects, especially for key customers.

• Leverage strong technical and product knowledge to diagnose and resolve on-ground challenges.

• Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution.

3. Onboarding Support

• Support customer onboarding activities – the first and most crucial touchpoint in the customer journey.

• Collaborate with the onboarding team to enhance process efficiency and improve the customer experience.

• Conduct product training sessions for customers as needed.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the Support, Product, and Implementation teams to streamline project workflows.

• Provide insights from field operations to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.

Role Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, implementation, or customer success roles (preferably in IoT, SaaS, or hardware-based solutions).

Skills:

• Strong technical and product understanding.

• Excellent customer-handling and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude.

• Proficiency in documentation and project reporting.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel extensively across India to customer sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
