Job Description

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations to ensure timely and quality execution of interior fit-out projects.
Monitor workforce and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
Act as a liaison between project managers, vendors, clients, and on-site teams to maintain smooth project flow.
Inspect materials, workmanship, and ensure that quality standards are consistently met.
Maintain accurate site reports including daily progress, material usage, labor attendance, and incident records.
Ensure availability and proper use of tools, materials, and safety equipment on site.
Identify potential issues early and proactively resolve them to avoid project delays.
Conduct regular site meetings, safety briefings, and quality checks.
Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and statutory compliance.
Track material inventory and coordinate timely procurement with the project team.
Support the project manager with scheduling, planning, and reporting tasks.
