Job Description

  • Generate new leads through cold calls, site visits, walk-ins, online inquiries, and referrals.
  • Assist senior sales team in preparing quotations, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Understand client requirements and explain suitable interior solutions (modular kitchens, wardrobes, partitions, etc.).
  • Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
  • Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure accurate delivery of proposals and timelines.
  • Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
  • Participate in marketing activities such as exhibitions, social media promotions, and site branding.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and industry trends.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
