Job Description

In this role at SKS Tech Solution, you will be responsible for managing projects and establishing productive relationships with key personnel and clients. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating with various departments within the organization to ensure seamless functioning of client accounts, managing client receivables, and planning and executing monthly retention. It is important to have basic knowledge of SEO to excel in this role. Additionally, you will be expected to have excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage clients effectively during calls and emails. Another key aspect of this role is the ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
