Project coordinator

As a Project Coordinator at SAS ONE PRIVATE LIMITED, you will be responsible for driving product development from concept to launch by developing and implementing a product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and market demands. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. - Defining and prioritizing the product roadmap to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements. - Collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch. - Engaging with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and validate product concepts. - Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decision-making. - Developing go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and sales enablement. - Leading agile product development processes and ensuring efficient and effective execution. - Developing and executing comprehensive test plans, conducting exploratory testing, and ensuring stable test environments across platforms. - Conducting training sessions for team members on tools and processes and periodically updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on feedback. Qualifications: - 1+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the software or data analytics industry. - Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Technical Knowledge: - Understanding software development and cloud technologies is highly desirable. - Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Word, PPT, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Skype. - Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics. - Familiarity with API integration, and knowledge of version control and backup procedures. - Demonstrated ability to understand and advocate for customer needs.
