We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator with foundational knowledge in Product Management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support cross-functional teams by managing project timelines, coordinating communication, and contributing to early-stage product planning and requirement gathering. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career at the intersection of project coordination and product management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and track progress on multiple projects, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and documentation are maintained.
  • Assist in defining and refining product requirements, working closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and occasionally end-users.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to support product planning, backlog grooming, and user story creation.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and virtual sessions to encourage participation and gather insights.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, including US-based clients.
  • Use project tracking and collaboration tools (like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello) to manage tasks and report progress.
  • Help prioritize tasks and resources based on shifting business goals and timelines.
  • Support QA and UAT efforts through documentation and coordination.
  • Conduct basic competitive research or user feedback analysis to support product decisions.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Required Skills:
  • Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Experience working with clients or teams in the US or other international time zones.
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Basic understanding of product lifecycle and product development processes.
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies quickly.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Asana, JIRA, or similar.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
