Project Coordinator PPC

As a Project Coordinator PPC at Sollean, your role will involve supporting the project management team to ensure timely delivery and efficient execution of multiple ongoing projects. You will need to be organized, proactive, and capable of tracking milestones, managing schedules, and facilitating communication among all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure adherence to schedules and milestones - Track daily progress, identify delays or risks, and promptly communicate them to the project team and management - Utilize Gantt charts and project management tools to schedule tasks and allocate resources effectively - Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, schedules, and correspondence - Facilitate clear communication between internal departments, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines - Assist the project manager in risk assessment, issue resolution, and status reporting - Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize assignments based on urgency and importance, and provide regular updates to stakeholders through reports and presentations Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field - Certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) is preferred Experience: - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar administrative role Required Skills & Competencies: - Proficiency in using Gantt charts and project management software (MS Project, Excel, etc.) - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines - Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to proactively address project issues - Attention to detail and a high degree of professionalism In addition to the job description, please note that this position is for a fresher and the work location is in person.,
