Job Description

Role Overview:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supervising, managing, and coordinating all aspects of interior and civil projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, people management skills, and the ability to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.


Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and oversee project execution from initiation to completion.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth workflows.

Supervise manpower, materials, and resources effectively.

Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure deadlines are met.

Maintain quality standards and adherence to safety regulations.

Prepare project reports and documentation.


Requirements:

B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of managerial/supervisory experience in interiors and construction works.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, interior fit-out, and project management.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
