Job Description:

The project coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end translation project management in a deadline-driven environment. She/he will assess, coordinate, assign, monitor, and deliver translation projects within a defined timeline and budget, working closely with translators, reviewers, account managers and clients.

• MBA/BBA graduates with proficient written and spoken English skills.
• Preference is given to individuals with a background in the content and translation industry.
• Collaborates effectively with clients and vendors to accomplish organizational objectives.
• Manage all aspects of the translation project, including file processing, scope, time frames, quality, costs, resources.
• Facilitate effective team communication and collaboration, including communication with clients and translators
• Manages project communications with vendors, evaluates bids, and ensures timely project completion.
• Receives project specifications from clients, sets up CRM systems, and ensures on-time project delivery.
• Maintains accurate record-keeping and data capture.
• Consistently follows up on project leads and vendor inquiries.
• Possesses exceptional communication skills, including strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
• Conducts productive business meetings and discussions.
• Aims to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets, thereby driving revenue growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
