Project Coordinator / Manager

As a Full Time employee based in Surat with 1 to 4 years of experience, your role will involve coordinating internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Your duties will include assisting in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility. It will also be your responsibility to ensure resource availability and allocation. Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, managing changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs, and reporting and escalating to management as needed will be crucial aspects of your job. Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, meeting with clients to take detailed ordering briefs, and clarifying specific requirements of each project are also part of your responsibilities. Delegating project tasks based on junior staff members" individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels, tracking project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals, and meeting budgetary objectives are key components of your role. You will need to make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis and develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members. Continuously developing leadership skills, attending conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency, and performing other related duties as assigned will be expected from you. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, will be essential. Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities, are also necessary for this position. The minimum qualification required for this role is a Bachelor's Degree.
