You are an active and responsible Local Event Assistant who will be supporting community-based events and creating awareness activities. Your role will involve interacting with local residents, guiding participants during activities, helping with crowd management, and ensuring the smooth execution of on-ground operations. It is essential that you are from the local area and familiar with nearby surroundings and community dynamics. - Create awareness among local residents about event activities, participation, and safety guidelines. - Guide and assist the community during various on-ground activities. - Support event flow by managing crowds, organizing queues, and maintaining discipline. - Help with basic event setup, arrangement, and coordination at the activity area. - Communicate clearly with visitors and ensure everyone follows event instructions. - Assist the event team with real-time updates and operational support. - Encourage community involvement and ensure a positive, safe environment for all. For this role, you must: - Be a local resident of the event area. - Have good communication and interpersonal skills. - Possess the ability to guide participants politely and responsibly. - Be physically active and comfortable handling on-ground tasks. - Have community awareness or public interaction experience (an added advantage).
