About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to support our project management team. The ideal candidate will coordinate project activities, track progress, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution of IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
• Monitor project progress and handle issues that arise.
• Serve as the point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Ensure all projects adhere to company standards, policies, and deadlines.
• Support in risk management, change requests, and project updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Management, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in IT project coordination/administration.
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
