Job Description

As a Localization Project Coordinator at Magnon, you will play a crucial role in project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcomes. Your organizational skills and excellent time management abilities will be key to your success in this position. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Project allocation - Capacity Management - Team Management - Monitoring and executing projects within given timelines - Adhering and achieving KPIs - Forecasting and flagging project-related concerns proactively - Managing communications with multiple stakeholders - Handling escalations - Conducting deep dives to understand RCA and AIs - Digging out and analyzing numbers - Preparing reports - Drafting and sharing MoMs after meetings - Acting as a partner to the client by providing solutions - Proactively managing projects and evaluating processes **Candidate Profile:** - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus - Proven experience in key account management within the localization industry - Prior experience managing global clients or brands with a strong understanding of international language standards and expectations - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a deep understanding of client needs Please note that the responsibilities outlined above are not limited to the defined KRAs.
