About the Role

Lamppost Digital is hiring a Project Coordinator / Client Support Executive to support our client projects by handling follow-ups, tracking tasks, and ensuring smooth delivery. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and wants to grow into a Client Success/Account Management career.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to collect inputs, feedback, and approvals
• Track daily tasks and deadlines (Asana/Sheets)
• Follow up with internal team and ensure timely delivery
• Share weekly project updates to clients (template-based)
• Maintain project documents, links, and client folders properly
• Support management with status reports and escalation notes

Required Skills

• Strong communication (Tamil & English)
• Good follow-up and coordination skills
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
• Organized mindset and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn digital marketing workflows

Preferred

• Any experience in admin, coordination, customer support, or internships
• Comfortable speaking on phone and writing emails

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month

• Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
