Project Coordinator-Interior/Civil

As a construction project coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion. Your primary duties will include reviewing project plans and specifications to ensure adherence to building codes and regulations. You will be tasked with developing project schedules, timelines, and budgets to effectively manage the project's progress. Effective communication with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders is crucial to guarantee the success of the project. You will monitor the project's advancement and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion. Regular preparation and submission of project status reports to management and stakeholders will be part of your responsibilities. In the event of any project-related issues or conflicts, you will be expected to address and resolve them promptly. Ensuring project safety and compliance with environmental regulations will be paramount. Managing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related materials, will also fall under your purview. Collaboration with other departments and teams is essential to ensure the overall success of the project. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in Civil or Interior projects. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund.
