We are looking for a Project Coordinator with knowledge in Material Estimation, BOQ Creation, and Cutlists in Interior Design.Following are crucial for tasks involving material estimation, BOQ creation, and cutlist generation in interior design projects:Key Knowledge

*Woodworking & Manufacturing*: Understanding woodworking processes and material properties.
*Reading Drawings*: Ability to interpret architectural drawings and design specs.
*Budgeting & Costing*: Managing project budgets through precise material quantification.

Essential Skills

*Material Estimation & BOQ Creation*: Accurate estimation for project costing and client proposals.
*Cutting List Expertise*: Creating precise cutlists from designs for production.
*CAD Software Proficiency*: Using CAD software like AutoCAD for layouts and cutlists.
*Microsoft Excel Skills*: Managing data for estimations, BOQs, and cutlists.
*Detail-Oriented Approach*: Ensuring accuracy in calculations and specifications.

Job Responsibilities

*Create BOQs*: Develop Bill of Quantities for interior design projects.
*Generate Cutlists*: Produce detailed cutlists for production.
*Quantify Materials*: Calculate material quantities and sizes.
*Collaborate with Production*: Ensure smooth project execution.
*Manage Design Details*: Maintain detail in design documentation.
