Project Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Project Coordinator to support the implementation and management of the FOSTAC Certification Training Program in Jabalpur. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating training activities, managing stakeholders, ensuring compliance with program guidelines and providing timely reporting to the management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and execution of FOSTAC training sessions in Jabalpur.
• Liaise with trainers, participants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage participant registration, attendance, and certification records.
• Ensure adherence to FSSAI/FOSTAC training guidelines and standards.
• Handle logistics including venue arrangements, training materials, and digital resources.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and MIS updates.
• Assist in outreach and mobilization of participants for the training program.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and escalate issues when needed.
• Support trainers and participants with queries and guidance throughout the program.
• Provide periodic updates and reports to management and funding partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Food Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, training coordination, or program management (experience in government/NGO/skill development projects preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage field-level operations.
• Knowledge of FOSTAC/FSSAI training programs will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
