Project Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented QA and Project Coordinator to oversee project delivery while ensuring the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate IT projects, manage timelines and resources, and support QA processes to maintain software reliability and client satisfaction.

ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of assigned IT projects including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Maintain project documentation such as timelines, risk logs, budgets, and status reports.
• Facilitate clear and timely communication among stakeholders (internal teams, clients, vendors).
• Monitor project progress and performance using KPIs; escalate issues as needed.
• Support project managers in tracking deliverables and aligning execution with strategic goals.
• Ensure timely completion of milestones within defined scope and budget.

Quality Assurance

• Collaborate with development and QA teams to define testing requirements and standards.
• Create and review test plans, test cases, and execution strategies.
• Track and report software bugs, enhancements, and test results using QA tools.
• Participate in software testing cycles (manual and automated) to ensure bug-free releases.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, usability, and customer experience goals.
• Assist in root cause analysis and post-deployment quality reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in IT project coordination and/or QA roles.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA processes.
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello).
• Familiarity with QA tools (e.g., Selenium, TestRail, Postman) is a strong plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively.
• Project Management and/or QA certifications are a plus.

• Based in or near Coimbatore (on-site role)
