Project Coordinator (Feeding & Dosing Business Line)

Seize the opportunity to learn, create and develop your potential with us.As part of the Order Execution Team in Chennai, you will coordinate orders to achieve order execution and completion within the allocated resources necessary.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinates handover from sales team to start with order execution
- Prepares execution plan with time table to ensures completion in line with contractual agreed objectives
- Coordinates product orders in terms of technical development, meeting time line and procurement costs
- Communicates with customers, suppliers, and internal communications on issues vital for order progression according to set objectives
- Aligns with team members to reach set personal objectives within the scope of the order
- Proposes necessary actions when needed to secure that the ongoing product order will meet expected results
- Reports order execution progress regularly to the next hierarchy (globally)
- Prepares monthly reports (internal and external)
- Regular alignment with the global order execution team
What You Bring
- Understanding of how own product orders have an impact on the business
- Order execution experience
- Understanding of the impact of successful product orders on the overall business
- Financial understanding
- Aiding organization in pushing dispatch clearances and payment realization held-up on account of technical compliances and other reasons
- Fast decision making, perseverance, persistent, organizing
- Proficiency in order management software and tools (e.g., Oracle, CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
