Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Chennai
Company: Challani Jewellery Mart
Experience: 2–4 years (Preferred in construction/interior/jewellery industry)
Qualification: Any Graduate (B.E/B.Tech in Civil or relevant background preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing projects related to showroom renovations, expansions, or infrastructure improvements.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Maintain proper documentation of project status, schedules, reports, and communications.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses and report deviations.
• Conduct site visits to ensure project progress aligns with standards and timelines.
• Organize regular project meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action points.
• Resolve issues or escalate as needed to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Female Preferable

Required Skills:

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Project tools
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Willingness to travel to different project sites when required

Salary: As per industry standards
Reporting To: Project Manager / Senior Management
