Job Description

Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Lead site engineers and coordinate daily electrical activities.
Oversee erection, testing, and commissioning of electrical and solar PV systems.
Handle transformer erection, HT/LT cable laying, AC & DC works, switchyard and panel installations.
Ensure compliance with IS/IEC standards and project quality requirements.
Lead QAQC activities, maintain QAP, SOP, SFQP, quality checklists, and inspection records.
Raise NCRs/FOMs, coordinate with vendors and OEMs for material defects and closure.
Attend RFIs, witness testing, and conduct quality training for workers.
Interact with clients for requirements, clarifications, and progress updates.
Prepare daily/weekly reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Office.
Coordinate with procurement for PO issuance and tracking.
Participate in hiring and technical screening as per client requirements.

Technical Knowledge:

Solar PV project experience as SFQP.
Knowledge of IS Codes (2026, 2705, 3156, 9921, 13118, 3070, 1255) and IEC Codes (62271, 60225, 62109).
Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 2859.

Skills:

Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Proficiency with civil work, electrical equipment drawings, layouts,

GTP & QAP.

Familiarity with applicable IS / IEC codes.
Excellent Engineering & Communication Skills.
Knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional

interpersonal skills.

Innovative mind set to structure solutions technically & commercially.
