Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a strong foundation in engineering principles to support and manage multiple concurrent projects. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between engineering teams and internal stakeholders—ensuring seamless coordination, timely execution, and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track progress across multiple engineering projects simultaneously.
• Liaise with internal engineering teams to understand project requirements and inspection needs.
• Schedule and manage third-party inspections, ensuring timely execution and compliance with technical standards.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with vendors and clients
• Prepare and update project documentation, inspection reports, and status summaries.
• Identify potential delays or issues and escalate them to the project manager or leadership.
• Ensure all project activities align with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).
• 3-4 years of experience in project coordination or engineering support roles.
• Strong understanding of engineering workflows and inspection processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal.
• Smart, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with third-party inspection agencies
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
