Designation- Project coordinator Reports to - Operation Manager Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a strong foundation in engineering principles to support and manage multiple concurrent projects. The ideal candidate will serve as a vital link between engineering teams and internal stakeholders—ensuring seamless coordination, timely execution, and quality compliance. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and track progress across multiple engineering projects simultaneously. Liaise with internal engineering teams to understand project requirements and inspection needs. Schedule and manage third-party inspections, ensuring timely execution and compliance with technical standards. Maintain clear and professional communication with vendors and clients Prepare and update project documentation, inspection reports, and status summaries. Identify potential delays or issues and escalate them to the project manager or leadership. Ensure all project activities align with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field). 3-4 years of experience in project coordination or engineering support roles. Strong understanding of engineering workflows and inspection processes. Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal. Smart, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office. Preferred Skills: Experience working with third-party inspection agencies Familiarity with ISO standards and quality documentation.
