Job Title: Project Coordinator – MERN Stack Projects Location: Mohali Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 Years (preferred in software/tech domain) Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support our MERN Stack Development Team . The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, facilitate communication between stakeholders and developers, and ensure smooth execution of development cycles. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor all phases of MERN stack projects (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Work closely with developers to track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery Organize sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives Maintain detailed documentation, reports, and progress updates Ensure quality control and adherence to coding and project standards Communicate effectively with clients, gather requirements, and provide regular updates Assist with resource planning and task assignments Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field 1+ years of experience in project coordination (preferably in tech/software development) Basic understanding of the MERN stack and web development lifecycle Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Knowledge of version control systems like Git Understanding of REST APIs and deployment workflows Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,084.13 - ₹50,000.74 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
