Project Coordinator

Role Overview: As a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator, your main responsibility will be managing project timelines, communicating effectively with clients and internal teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of IT/web development projects. You are expected to possess strong organizational and communication skills, coupled with a clear understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC). Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and define project scope. - Create and maintain detailed project documentation, timelines, and status reports. - Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of tasks and milestones. - Communicate project updates to stakeholders regularly. - Schedule and facilitate meetings, sprint planning, and reviews. - Assist project managers and developers in day-to-day project execution. - Ensure proper resource allocation and task prioritization. - Monitor project tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and update task boards. - Handle client communications for support, queries, and clarifications. - Escalate any delays or blockers to senior management promptly. Qualification Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, or ClickUp - Basic understanding of web/app development workflows - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills Additional Details: In this role, you will be working full-time with benefits including Provident Fund.
