Project Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Project Coordinator at DNEG's Technology Project Management Office, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Technology Project and Program Managers to ensure successful delivery of key R&D projects and initiatives. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders such as Workflow Architects, R&D Developers, Technical Leads, and senior executives to coordinate requirements for enhancing our VFX and Feature Animation product suites. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the central liaison among all project stakeholders, including Executive Board, Project and Program Managers, Workflow Architects, Product Owners, and R&D developers. - Organize meetings by compiling agendas, confirming stakeholder group representation, documenting RAID logs, and following up on action points. - Assist in creating project documentation like project overviews and technical solution documentation. - Maintain project plans and manage ticketing within JIRA. - Compile and distribute project status reports, escalating issues when necessary. - Review and approve project team timesheets and show access requests. - With experience, stand in as a proxy for project managers in meetings and perform other assigned duties. Qualifications Required: - Foundational knowledge of project management methodologies, particularly Agile. - Proven ability in project coordination, handling projects from inception to completion, and effectively prioritizing tasks to meet evolving requirements and deadlines. - Demonstrated organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. - Familiarity with a scheduling and ticketing platform, preferably JIRA. - Excellent teamwork skills, bringing together diverse business areas to work collaboratively. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
