Project Coordinator

As a Construction Project Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing, managing, and directing construction projects from initiation to completion. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and monitoring project progress in-depth to ensure timely delivery of all milestones, preparing and managing project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates, as well as tracking and managing inventory, materials, and equipment on a regular basis. You will also be responsible for preparing and presenting internal and external progress reports, anticipating potential challenges, and proactively resolving emerging issues. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee, manage, and direct construction projects from initiation to completion. - Review and monitor project progress in-depth to ensure timely delivery of all milestones. - Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates. - Track and manage inventory, materials, and equipment on a regular basis. - Prepare and present internal and external progress reports. - Anticipate potential challenges and proactively resolve emerging issues. - Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements. - Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to construction teams and subcontractors. - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution. - Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in all project activities. Qualification & Experience: - Bachelors Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. - Prior experience in bridge and building joints execution (bridge bearings, expansion joints, seismic joints, or related infrastructure projects) is required.
