Cradle Runways (I) Pvt. Ltd. is an engineering company providing Solutions for accessing all kinds of facades. Cradle Runways offers the complete range of façade access systems from eyebolts to davits to Building Maintenance Units.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Project planning, Material scheduling, Follow-ups, issue resolving, Co-ordination with all departments.
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Daily Follow-up with the operation Engineer, Sales Team regarding all the current running projects city wise.
• Organizing, attending and participating in Project meetings with Operation, Sales & Client.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Follow-up with the factoryManager for the dispatch of materials & coordinating with logistic to getthe materials delivered at site.
• Coordinating with Client to booking the Tax Invoice of supply materials.
• Contractors Follow-up for the Installation work.
• Maintaining the Contracts Documents & Files.
• Preparing necessary project plan excel sheet & presentation for meetings.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Determining project changes.
• Coordination with Design Team.
• Visiting Site for Client Meeting & Installation work.
• Providing administrative support as needed.
• Undertaking project tasks as required.
• Visiting factory on every Friday.
• Developing project strategies.
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
• Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

Qualifications:

• BE / DME with at least 4+ years of experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
