Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with extensive expertise in commercial and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC), Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP), and Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) with proven ability to coordinate complex multi-disciplinary projects from conception to completion.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & Management

• Coordinate and oversee commercial and industrial construction projects from initiation to completion
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestone tracking across multiple concurrent projects
• Facilitate effective communication between clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols

PMC Operations

• Provide comprehensive project management consultancy services for large-scale projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and progress reports
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits
• Manage project documentation, approvals, and regulatory compliance

MEP & PEB Coordination

• Oversee MEP system design, installation, and commissioning activities
• Coordinate with structural engineers and architects for seamless PEB integration
• Ensure compliance with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing codes and standards
• Manage vendor selection and procurement processes for MEP and PEB components

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as primary point of contact between project stakeholders
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients
• Resolve project-related issues and conflicts in a timely manner
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong professional relationships

Required QualificationsExperience & Expertise

• Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in commercial and industrial construction projects
• BE Civil (Mandatory)
• Proven track record in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) roles
• Extensive experience with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and coordination
• Strong background in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) projects and execution
• Experience managing projects valued at ₹5 crores and above

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and industry best practices
• Knowledge of relevant IS codes, NBC guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, project scheduling, and cost management tools

Language Requirements

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi - both written and verbal communication
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred
• Additional certifications in MEP or construction management advantageous
