Role Description

The Project Coordinator & Business Developer will be responsible for both coordinating internal projects and driving business growth. This dual role involves planning, monitoring, and supporting project execution while also identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting company expansion. Key tasks include scheduling and reporting, ensuring smooth communication between teams, preparing proposals, negotiating with clients, and coordinating with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. The role demands frequent travelling to different parts of the country.

Qualifications

·      BE Civil / BBA / MBA

·      Candidates with graduation in Civil Engineering and Post graduation in Business Management (BE Civil + MBA) will be preferred.

·      0–5 years of experience in project coordination or business development.

·      Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills

·      Ability to multitask and handle both project operations and client development

·      Fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu
