Project Coordinator & Business Developer

As a Project Coordinator & Business Developer at Proconstruct Design and Engineering, you will play a crucial role in coordinating internal projects and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include planning, monitoring, and supporting project execution, as well as identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting company expansion. Your key tasks will involve scheduling and reporting, ensuring smooth communication between teams, preparing proposals, negotiating with clients, and coordinating with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. This role will require frequent travelling to different parts of the country. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate internal projects and drive business growth - Plan, monitor, and support project execution - Identify new business opportunities - Build and maintain client relationships - Support company expansion - Schedule and report project progress - Ensure smooth communication between teams - Prepare proposals and negotiate with clients - Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success Qualifications Required: - BE Civil / BBA / MBA - Candidates with a graduation in Civil Engineering and Post-graduation in Business Management (BE Civil + MBA) will be preferred - Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or business development - Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills - Ability to multitask and handle project operations and client development effectively - Fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu Please note that the role involves a combination of project coordination and business development tasks.
