Project Coordinator - Architecture

As a Project Coordinator in Architecture, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing residential construction projects in Pune, Maharashtra, with occasional travel to Panvel. Your responsibilities will include coordinating project activities, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining effective communication among clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams. You must possess a Bachelor of Architecture degree and have 3 to 5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in residential construction. Your key responsibilities will involve serving as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, managing project drawings coordination, developing and updating project schedules, preparing project documentation, collaborating with consultants, organizing project meetings, resolving issues promptly, supporting junior staff, maintaining project records, and demonstrating proficiency in AutoCAD drafting. You will be required to have strong project management skills, AutoCAD proficiency, excellent communication abilities, team collaboration experience, attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, technical knowledge of construction, vendor management expertise, time management skills, and adaptability for on-site coordination in Panvel. You must have experience in managing residential construction projects from start to finish, finalizing vendors and rates, coordinating MEP, RCC, and architectural drawings for residential projects, and be able to work full-time in person.
