Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing end-to-end multi-function projects of strategic importance. Your role will involve leading and motivating the team to maximize their individual contribution, professional growth, and effectiveness. Additionally, you will mentor, train, and supervise team members. As someone associated with special projects, you may have a wider organizational impact. Your ability to generate new ideas and provide unique perspectives on the issues under consideration will be crucial. You must also be able to conduct detailed analysis of information and MIS reports to draw insights for the Chairman and Executive Committee. It is essential to maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity when handling confidential information. Furthermore, you should be confident in dealing with senior professionals both within and outside the company. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end to end multi-function projects of strategic importance - Lead and motivate the team, maximizing their individual contribution, professional growth, and effectiveness - Mentor, train, and supervise team members - Work on special projects with wider organizational impact - Generate new ideas and provide unique perspectives on issues - Conduct detailed analysis of information and MIS reports for the Chairman and Executive Committee - Maintain highest level of professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information - Confidently deal with senior professionals within and outside the company Qualification Required: - MBA from a reputed Tier I institute (desirable) - Graduated from a reputed university/college, preferably from an Engineering background Additional Details: The candidate should have 12 to 15 years of work experience and possess the following skills and competencies: - Good communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong financial and business knowledge - Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to multitask - Ability to achieve performance targets and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and challenging environment - Ability to work with cross-functional teams on multi-disciplinary projects - Highly organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated - Ability to complete complex tasks with minimal supervision - Tech-savvy and open to learning new tools and technologies - Ability to manage and motivate the team Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing end-to-end multi-function projects of strategic importance.
