Job Description –

A Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting project management activities, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and successfully. A Project Coordinator ensures that the project runs smoothly by providing essential support in planning, execution, communication, and documentation, ultimately contributing to the successful delivery of projects

Skills Required: Jira/Azure Board/Asana or Any Project Management Software, Scrum, Agile Methodologies, Project Planning & Management, Team Handling, Review and Delivery of Work.

Key Responsibilities of candidate will be:

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Project Planning and Scheduling

  • Assisting in Planning: Support the Stakeholder & Business Analyst in developing project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate schedules, ensuring that project activities are planned and aligned with overall project goals.

2. Resource Management

  • Resource Allocation: Assist in the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring that resources are available as needed.
  • Monitoring Utilization: Track and report on resource utilization to ensure efficient use of resources.

3. Documentation and Reporting

  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, and other relevant documents.
  • Status Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.

4. Communication and Coordination

  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure clear and consistent information flow.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes and action items.

5. Risk and Issue Management

  • Tracking Risks: Identify, document, and track project risks and issues, working with the Project Manager to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving project issues by coordinating with relevant team members and stakeholders.

6. Quality Assurance

  • Adherence to Standards: Ensure that project activities comply with organizational standards and best practices.
  • Quality Monitoring: Assist in monitoring project deliverables for quality and consistency with project requirements.

7. Administrative Support

  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the project team and managing correspondence.
  • Tools and Systems Management: Maintain project management tools and systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to the project team.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
