Project & Change Manager PMO

Role Overview: You will be joining the Risk Finance Treasury Divisional Data Office (RFT DDO) team within Group Strategic Analytics (GSA) as a Project & Change Manager PMO. Your primary focus will be on managing change-the-bank activities to enhance data capabilities in alignment with regulatory and internal standards. This role offers you the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders across business lines, infrastructure functions, and change programs to optimize data usage and regulatory outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Govern PMO activities for a portfolio of data initiatives, including Project Planning management, RAID policing, Financial Management, and measuring KPIs at different organizational levels - Track milestones against deliverables using official organizational tools - Prepare and own materials for formal Portfolio cadence forums and act as a secretary for multiple forums - Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively at a senior level with both Business Users and IT - Engage with internal audit and central Programme Management Offices to explain the RFT DDO Portfolio Qualifications Required: - Experience leading a Project Management Office, preferably within a Risk/Finance/Treasury domain - Strong data assimilation skills to analyze and consolidate information from large datasets - Proficiency in resource and financial management for large-scale initiatives spanning multiple divisions - Minimum 5 years of experience using industry-standard data management tools like JiRA, Microsoft Project, Clarity - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders Additional Details: Deutsche Bank offers a range of benefits under its flexible scheme, including gender-neutral parental leaves, childcare assistance benefits, sponsorship for industry certifications, and comprehensive insurance coverage for you and your dependents.
