Project Associate - Campaign Management

As a Project Associate at our technology-led healthcare solutions provider, you will play a crucial role in managing and improvising on overall project profitability and budgets. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and improvising on overall project profitability and budgets - Achieving a high degree of client satisfaction through independent execution and delivery of small and large projects - Improving the quality of proposals and increasing the ratio of RFP's to RFQ's for large projects - Managing projects for cost adherence and variance/deviations within acceptable limits - Anticipating client-side bottlenecks in plan execution and proposing solutions in advance through effective communication - Demonstrating the capability to manage multiple projects independently - Managing multifunctional teams and fostering a conducive work atmosphere - Securing assets, conducting review meetings, and obtaining feedback to ensure timely project completion - Generating cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, as well as building sales leads through a regular process Qualifications required for this role: - 5-8 years of experience with B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc./BCA + MBA/PGDM - Experience in Project and Operations Management, Account Management, Service Management, Business Analysis & Consulting, and Client servicing in Digital Analytics and Campaign Operations - Prior experience on projects involving Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce would be a plus - Strong people management skills - Strong written and oral communication/presentation skills - Passion for networking and staying updated with the latest technical/scientific developments and relating them to various projects Join us at this exciting intersection of healthcare and technology and be a part of a purpose-driven organization that is committed to enabling healthcare organizations to be future-ready.
