As a Project Associate at Indegene, your key responsibilities include managing and improving overall project profitability and budgets, achieving high client satisfaction through independent project execution, enhancing proposal quality, managing project costs and revenue projections, anticipating client-side bottlenecks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, you will lead multifunctional teams, secure assets, generate cross-selling opportunities, and build sales leads. To qualify for this role, you should have 5-8 years of experience with a B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc./BCA degree along with an MBA/PGDM. Experience in Project and Operations Management, Account Management, Service Management, Business Analysis & Consulting, Client Servicing in Digital Analytics and Campaign Operations is required. Prior experience with projects involving Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce would be beneficial. Strong people management skills, excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, and a passion for networking and staying updated with the latest technical/scientific developments are essential.
