Job Description

Role Overview:

Project Associate

Who Were Looking For:

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors/Masters in Social Work / Social Sciences (Psychology preferred)
Women candidates are encouraged to apply

Professional Experience:

1 - 3 years in the development/social sector
Experience in project execution & coordination
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & online platforms (Zoom, Teams)

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and review all project activities on time
Organize outreach, onboarding events, workshops, and training sessions
Manage logistics for students and parents across India
Coordinate with students, scholars, trainers, volunteers, and employees
Conduct visits to colleges, hotels, event venues, and training centers
Maintain online portal for student data and project activities
Liaise with engineering colleges, vendors, and other stakeholders
Prepare reports, annual summaries, and project documentation
Serve as the main point of contact for students, parents, counselors, and partners

Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated & independent
Able to handle multiple assignments with minimal supervision
Flexible for late evenings (till 8 PM), weekends, and Pan-India travel
Comfortable working with youth of all genders
