Project Assistant

You will be joining Pyxera Global as a junior project assistant for an international corporate volunteer program in Jaipur, India. Your main responsibilities will include: - Supporting the Local Program Coordinator and Program Manager with logistics for corporate volunteers - Being available to corporate volunteers during regular working hours (8 hours per day, Monday-Friday) - Providing sequential interpretation or written translation (ENG-HINDI/MEWARI-ENG) - Conducting research to find key information for the project - Participating in meetings and interviews to provide translation - Assisting in preparing final presentations and deliverables Qualifications required for this role include: - Ability to work with cross-cultural teams - Experience in translating documents and providing sequential interpretation - Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills - Reliability and time-flexibility - Degree in Interpretation/Translation Studies To apply for this position, send your resume, cover letter, and 3 writing samples to Matrena Martin at mmartin_c@pyxeraglobal.org by Monday, 16th June 2025.
