Project Assistant

BlauPlug is a growing engineering service company and alliance partner of National Instruments offering engineering solutions and services to global industry leaders in Automotive, Energy, Aerospace and IOT domain. We are looking for a driven, ambitious individual as Project Assistant to join our growing team.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee engineering projects from start to finish under the guidance of Project Manager

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Help develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.

• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

• Proven experience as Project Engineer or similar role is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
