Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• conceptual and presentation drawings

• working drawings and Good for Construction (GFC)

• clients, consultants, contractors, site teams, and directors

• BOQs, estimates, and specifications.

• 2-3 projects simultaneously

• site visits

• industrial architecture standards, safety norms, and design aesthetics.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

• 3 to 7 years

• AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.

• building codes, materials, and construction details.

• communication and presentation

• multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Skills:

• industrial planning, utility integration, and green design concepts.

• statutory approvals and compliance processes.

• project timelines
