2. Milestone Tracking & Team Coordination

6. Assist & Guide Junior Architect

Mentor junior/fresher architect in project flow, site coordination, and drawing reading
• Review their work before submission and help them learn milestone workflows • Assign practical tasks with gradual responsibility increase
